  1. Boil the pierogies according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and garlic cloves to the skillet. Stir fry for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Add the cooked pierogies to the skillet and stir fry for an additional 3 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Pour the sauce over the pierogy stir fry and toss to coat.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
