Pierogy Stir Fry
Pierogies are a traditional Polish dish that can be filled with various ingredients such as potatoes, cheese, meat, or fruit.
This is vegetarian, gluten free and high protein recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 11.

Boil the pierogies according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and garlic cloves to the skillet. Stir fry for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the cooked pierogies to the skillet and stir fry for an additional 3 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Pour the sauce over the pierogy stir fry and toss to coat.

Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
