Milk Tea Madeleine
Madeleines are small shell-shaped cakes that originated in the Lorraine region of northeastern France.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour madeleine molds.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.

Stir in the milk tea and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the prepared madeleine molds, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the madeleines are golden brown and spring back when lightly touched.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the molds for a few minutes.

Transfer the madeleines to a wire rack to cool completely.

Drizzle with honey and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
