Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add sour cream and flour, and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour with the door slightly open.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Before serving, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and top with whipped cream and crushed Oreo cookies.
