Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and remaining granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the flour, sour cream, lemon juice, and salt to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until well combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish for 1 hour.
