  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F). Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the base of two individual cheesecake tins.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Sift in the plain flour and cocoa powder, and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Melt the milk chocolate and fold it into the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base in the tins and smooth the tops.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set around the edges but still slightly wobbly in the center.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the cheesecakes cool in the tins for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the cheesecakes to set.
  9. Serve chilled with whipped cream and chocolate shavings on top.
