Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Pour over crust.

Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours.
