  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

  6. During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of goat cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
  7. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute.
  8. Spread pesto sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
