In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and powdered sugar. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13-inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, corn syrup, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Spread over the baked crust.
