Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.

Stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Let the fudge set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
