Peanut Butter S’more Bars
S’mores are a traditional campfire treat popular in the United States, consisting of a roasted marshmallow and a layer of chocolate sandwiched between two graham crackers.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter and powdered sugar until well combined. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows over the peanut butter layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
