  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, peanut butter, honey, melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
