Peanut Butter Cups
Peanut Butter Cups were invented by H.B. Reese in the 1920s and became popular as a Halloween candy.
This is vegetarian and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 80 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 5.

Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix together the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.

Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner, spreading it to cover the bottom.

Place a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate in each liner.

Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter, covering it completely.

Tap the muffin tin on the counter to smooth out the chocolate.

Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator and let the peanut butter cups set for at least 1 hour.

Once set, remove the paper liners and enjoy!
