Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the peanut butter, honey, and butter together. Stir in the brown sugar and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture and mix well.

Fold in the dried cranberries and chopped peanuts.

Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Allow the bars to cool in the dish for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
