In a mixing bowl, combine the peaches, raspberries, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Toss until the fruit is evenly coated.

In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until just combined.

Spread the fruit mixture evenly in a baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
