In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

Add the cooked noodles to the egg mixture and stir until well coated.

Drain the canned peaches and chop them into small pieces. Gently fold the peaches into the noodle mixture.

Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle breadcrumbs on the bottom. Pour the noodle mixture into the dish.

Dot the top of the kugel with small pieces of butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
