Cliffany’s Monkey Bread
Monkey bread got its name because it is a finger food that can be easily pulled apart, resembling how monkeys eat.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.

In a large bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in milk and vanilla extract until just combined.

In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and remaining cinnamon.

Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Roll each ball in the brown sugar mixture.

Place the coated balls into the prepared bundt pan, layering them evenly.

If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow the monkey bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
