  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a saucepan, bring the water and butter to a boil.
  3. Add the flour all at once and stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
  5. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a large round tip.
  7. Pipe the dough onto a baking sheet in the shape of swans.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and continue baking for another 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  10. In a mixing bowl, whip the cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  11. Cut the top off each swan and fill with the whipped cream.
  12. Replace the tops and drizzle with chocolate ganache.
  13. Serve and enjoy!
