Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.

Spread melted butter evenly on each sheet.

In a small bowl, mix together granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.

Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture over the buttered puff pastry sheets.

Sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.

Roll up the pastry sheets tightly and cut into 1-inch thick slices.

Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes.

Drizzle honey over the pastries before serving.
