The passion fruit is named after the Passion of Christ due to its flower’s resemblance to a religious crown of thorns.

  1. Crush digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into the base of a springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
  3. Squeeze juice from lemons and blend it with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Cut passion fruits in half, scoop out the pulp, and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Before serving, decorate with whipped cream and additional passion fruit pulp.
  7. Enjoy!
