Parisian Puffs
Parisian Puffs, also known as choux puffs or cream puffs, are a classic French pastry. They are named after the city of Paris, where they originated.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball.

Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, until the dough becomes smooth and glossy.

Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a large round tip. Pipe small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the puffs are golden brown and puffed.

Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.

Cut the puffs in half horizontally and fill them with whipped cream.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with vanilla extract.
