In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough.

In a separate bowl, crumble the paneer and add finely chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a small circle.

Place a spoonful of the paneer mixture in the center of the circle.

Roll out the stuffed dough into a paratha.
