Pan Peanut Butter Cups
Peanut butter cups were invented by H.B. Reese, a former dairy employee who started his own candy company in the 1920s.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the peanut butter and butter together for 30 seconds.

Stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.

In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together for 30 seconds.

Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Spoon a tablespoon of the melted chocolate mixture into each cupcake liner and spread it up the sides.

Spoon a tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture into each cupcake liner on top of the chocolate.

Top each cup with another tablespoon of the melted chocolate mixture.

Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 30 minutes.

Once chilled, remove the peanut butter cups from the muffin tin and enjoy!
