  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9x9-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  5. Let the brownies cool completely.
  6. Cut the brownies into owl shapes using a cookie cutter or a knife.
  7. Place an Oreo cookie on the bottom half of each brownie owl shape to create the wings.
  8. Insert a lollipop stick into the bottom of each owl brownie.
  9. Attach candy eyes to the top half of each owl brownie.
  10. Allow the owl brownie pops to rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
