Cut the bread into cubes and spread them evenly in the baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, thyme, and parsley.

Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes.

Sprinkle the cheese, ham, bell peppers, and onion over the top.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
