  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sour cream, flour, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the lemon zest.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
  7. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour to cool slowly.
  8. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
  10. Serve chilled with fresh berries on top.
