  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies, pumpkin puree, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Place the cookie balls in the refrigerator and let them rest for at least 1 hour.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  6. Add orange food coloring to the melted white chocolate and stir until well combined.
  7. Dip each cookie ball into the melted orange chocolate, coating it completely. Place it back on the baking sheet.
  8. Place the cookie balls back in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
