Oreo No-Bake Cheesecake
The Oreo cookie was introduced in 1912 and has since become one of the most popular cookies in the world.

Crush 2 packets of Oreo cookies in a food processor.

Melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter and mix it with the crushed Oreos.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.

In a mixing bowl, beat 2 cups of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Pour the mixture over the Oreo crust in the springform pan.

Smooth the top with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Before serving, garnish with crushed Oreo cookies and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
