In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner.

Place an Oreo cookie on top of the graham cracker crust in each liner.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo cookies, filling each liner about 3/4 full.
