Creamsicles were invented by Frank Epperson in 1905 when he accidentally left a mixture of powdered soda and water with a stirring stick in it on his porch overnight. The next morning, he discovered that the mixture had frozen to the stick, creating the first-ever popsicle.

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
