In a bowl, mix oatmeal, walnuts, cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Grease a steamer basket and pour the batter into it.

Steam the bread for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the steamer and let it rest for 10 minutes.
