  3. Add tofu, peanuts, and cashews. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
