Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

In a small bowl, combine the flour, instant coffee granules, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the chopped nuts and chocolate chips.

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
