  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the sugar cookie dough.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of Nutella onto the cream cheese mixture. Use a knife to swirl the Nutella into the cream cheese.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish for 2 hours.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
