  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the caster sugar and continue beating until the mixture is thick and glossy.
  3. Gently fold in the cornstarch and white vinegar.
  4. Spoon the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a circle. Create a well in the center to hold the filling.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Then, turn off the oven and leave the pavlova inside to cool completely.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the double cream until soft peaks form.
  7. Spread the Nutella over the cooled pavlova, then top with the whipped cream.
  8. Sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
