Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Nutella and butter together.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, vanilla extract, and salt.

Pour the melted Nutella mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.

Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top of each cookie.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
