In a bowl, mix together Nutella, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.

Place the coated balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
