Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.

Melt the unsalted butter and mix with the biscuit crumbs. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Add lemon juice, vanilla extract, and rum to the mixture and mix well.
