  1. Preheat the oven to 120°C (250°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gradually add the caster sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat the mixture until it becomes thick and glossy.
  4. Gently fold in the cornstarch and vinegar.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking tray, shaping it into a round or oval shape.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  7. Turn off the oven and leave the pavlova to cool completely inside the oven.
  8. Once cooled, carefully transfer the pavlova to a serving plate.
  9. Top with whipped cream and fresh fruits.
  10. Garnish with mint leaves.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
