  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Divide the cream cheese mixture into three equal parts. Leave one part plain, mix the second part with strawberry puree, and mix the third part with cocoa powder and melted chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the plain cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust. Top with the strawberry cream cheese mixture, followed by the chocolate cream cheese mixture.
  6. Use a knife to swirl the three layers together.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
