  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt semi-sweet chocolate and butter together, stirring until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture over the custard layer, spreading it evenly.
  4. Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours, or until set. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
