In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, chopped walnuts, melted butter, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, egg, and vanilla extract. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream and instant vanilla pudding mix until thickened. Spread the mixture over the crust.
