  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Spread over the pudding layer.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate and unsalted butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture over the buttercream layer and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Cut into bars and serve.
