  2. Add mushrooms, salt, and black pepper. Cook until mushrooms are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Toast the bread slices.
  4. Spread the mushroom mixture on the toasted bread slices.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
  6. Place the toasts under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
