Stir in cooked rice, spinach, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.

Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
