  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Clean and finely chop the mushrooms, fresh herbs, onion, and garlic.
  3. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and it evaporates.
  5. Stir in the fresh herbs, bread crumbs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 4 equal rectangles.
  7. Divide the mushroom mixture equally onto each rectangle and roll them up.
  8. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Beat the egg and brush it over the rolls.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Let the rolls rest for 5 minutes before serving.
