Muffin-Bread Pudding
Bread pudding dates back to the 11th century and was originally a way to use up stale bread. It has since become a popular comfort food dessert enjoyed in many countries.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut the muffins into cubes and place them in a greased baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

Pour the milk mixture over the muffin cubes and gently press down to make sure all the muffins are soaked.

Sprinkle raisins over the top and dot with butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the pudding is set and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Serve warm with whipped cream, if desired.
