Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip the pancake and cook for another minute.

Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the pancakes on a plate.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.

Take one pancake and spread a layer of whipped cream on top, then add a layer of fresh berries.

Repeat with the remaining pancakes, cream, and berries.

Drizzle maple syrup over the top of the stack.
