In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.

In a separate small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon for the coating.

Scoop heaping tablespoons of the dough and roll into balls. Roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar coating until fully coated.
