  2. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, finely chop the cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped vegetables until they are soft.
  5. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to the pan and mix well.
  6. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a thin circle.
  7. Place a spoonful of the vegetable filling in the center of the circle.
  8. Fold the edges of the circle to form a dumpling shape, ensuring the filling is sealed inside.
  9. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling.
  10. Steam the momos for about 15 minutes or until the dough is cooked.
  11. Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry the steamed momos until they turn golden brown.
  12. Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.
