Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease 4 ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and semi-sweet chocolate together in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

In a separate bowl, combine instant coffee powder, granulated sugar, eggs, all-purpose flour, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl with the other ingredients. Stir until well combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.

Remove the ramekins from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Carefully run a knife around the edges of the cakes to loosen them. Invert each ramekin onto a serving plate and gently lift to remove the cake.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
