  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add the flour and sour cream, and mix until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour to cool gradually.
  8. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
